If we buy something ,would we accept a substandard one ?if we deal with someone,could we tolerate unfaithfulness? Of course we don’t,and no one would. As a manufacturer,we should make products of high quality as if we were the buyer.And we should be faithful to others,as we’d expect to be treated faithfully,too.therefore ,quality and faithfulness are our core values.
Enterprise ,from an oriental point of view,is somehow like a big family.members are belonged to the familty,yet they are not just the subordinates;they may feel they share the ownership as a family member.
